Client results depend on many factors outside our control, including internal processes, follow-up, and market conditions.


4. Payments & Billing

Services may be billed as monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or one-time service fees

All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

By purchasing, you authorize recurring billing where applicable

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused services.


5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms

Access to services may be revoked immediately upon violation.

How you use the CRM and communication tools

All communications sent through the platform (SMS, email, voicemail, etc.)

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

This includes, but is not limited to:

TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

CAN-SPAM Act

Any applicable state or federal marketing laws

You agree to obtain proper consent from your contacts before sending communications.


7. SMS & Email Compliance

By using our services, you acknowledge:

You are the sender of all communications

You are responsible for obtaining opt-in consent

You must provide opt-out mechanisms where required

We are not liable for any misuse of messaging features.


8. Third-Party Services
